1. Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses located in the United States – California, New Jersey and Hong Kong – Shenzhen.
2. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
Shipping times vary from product-to-product because of distance traveling and customs clearance. For an estimated delivery time or any additional questions about shipping please visit our Shipping & Delivery policy page.
3. Where is my order and how can I track it?
We do our best to send every order as quickly as possible! If any order will take more than 72h to ship we will contact you to let you know the updated processing time.

4. Where can I place an order from?

5. What if I want to cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. If you want to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, please contact us ASAP. Please check your cart twice and be 100% sure about your order.
6. I have received certain items, but not all items from my order?
We ship our products from different warehouses and always do our best to ship your items from the closest warehouse to your location. However, this might mean that some items arrive on different dates than others, as they are shipped from different warehouses.
7. I have accidentally misspelled my shipping or email address when ordering?
We understand everyone makes mistakes. Please contact us so we can edit your shipping or email address. Please note that we can't edit your info if your order has already been shipped out to a misspelled shipping address. In that case, contact your local post office and inform them that you are waiting for the package delivery that has wrong address written on it, so the mail carrier can correct it and deliver it successfully. Otherwise, the package will be "lost in transit" and returned back to us.
8. Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
9. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
10. Will I have to pay customs?
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country although we do our best to speed up the process. Please note that we will put a low declared value on the product packaging in order to speed up customs clearance and to avoid paying any additional taxes.
